These Business Rules / Terms and Conditions govern use of the HUBBIG platform and related services operated by HUBBIG d.o.o. (“HUBBIG”, “we”). By registering or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

HUBBIG provides a digital marketplace connecting shippers and carriers. We are not a carrier, freight forwarder, or party to transport contracts between users.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate company and contact information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you invite to your organization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or pose security or legal risk.

Platform role

HUBBIG facilitates discovery, inquiries, and quotes between shippers and carriers. Prices, execution, liability, insurance, and compliance with transport law are agreed directly between users.

HUBBIG does not guarantee availability of carriers, acceptance of loads, or successful completion of transport.

Fees

Shipper subscription fees apply as selected in the app. HUBBIG does not charge carriers a commission on freight deals concluded through the platform unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Failure to pay applicable shipper fees may result in restricted access.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, spam, harassment, false listings, or attempts to circumvent security. You may not scrape or automate access except via documented APIs we provide.

Content you submit must be accurate and must not infringe third-party rights.

Data and privacy

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. You must comply with applicable data protection law when contacting other users through the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HUBBIG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or from transport performed by users.

Our aggregate liability related to the Service is limited to fees paid to HUBBIG in the twelve months preceding the claim, where applicable.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
