Freight forwarders, logistics teams, importers, exporters, and carriers of any size can use HUBBIG. Shippers post load requests; carriers receive matched inquiries on routes and vehicle types they operate.

Shippers can start with a trial period on eligible plans (see pricing on the Shippers page). Carriers can register and receive inquiries free - there is no carrier subscription fee.
Yes. The network covers domestic and cross-border freight across 30+ European countries. Carriers define operating countries; shippers see matches for their routes.
In the app, open Carriers and add a partner with their details. You can keep them private to your company or share them with the wider network, depending on your plan.
Yes. Send to all matching carriers, favorites only, or a custom selection. You can also block carriers you do not want to contact.
Yes. Carrier profiles include vehicle types and operating countries. Matching uses that data when you send inquiries.
Each shipment shows inquiry status, responses, and quotes inside the shipper dashboard. Email and WhatsApp carry the secure links carriers use to quote.
Carriers open the secure link from the inquiry (email or WhatsApp), review the load, and submit a quote in the app. Shippers compare offers and award the load in one place.
You can widen the carrier selection, resend the inquiry, or add more carriers to your directory. Our team can help if you need support.
