No, there is currently no carrier rating system in the app. However, we recommend long-term cooperation with trusted carriers and using the favorite carriers option to work with partners you trust. We are also planning to improve the app to take these features into account.

No, all communication between the forwarder and the carrier takes place via e-mail. When you send an inquiry, the carrier answers you directly via e-mail.

6. Are there any backup options or a way for me to quickly find another carrier?
