Logitrans 2025 recap: Key trends and insights from Istanbul

logitrans-2025

From November 19 to 21, 2025, our team visited Logitrans 2025 in Istanbul — one of the most important logistics platforms connecting Europe, Türkiye, and Asia.
According to the organizers, this year’s fair hosted over 230 companies from 22 countries, with more than 16,000 visitors from 66 countries, marking a 14% increase compared to the previous edition.

Goals of attending

Our team had clearly defined objectives:

  • expanding the network of carriers and freight forwarders on EU–Türkiye–Asia routes,
  • meeting new people and companies in the logistics and transport sector,
  • exploring the latest technologies and digital solutions in logistics,
  • presenting our HUBBIG application and how it addresses the challenges faced by carriers and freight forwarders.

Key moments and insights

At the fair, we had the opportunity to speak with numerous carriers, freight forwarders, exporters, and importers — from both Europe and Asia.
Throughout meetings and negotiations, it became clear that the biggest challenges are:

  • lack of carrier capacity on certain routes (e.g., Türkiye ↔ EU, Asia ↔ Europe),
  • lack of trust and reliable partner verification when making transport agreements,
  • high time costs caused by manual communication, searching, and filtering partners, and
  • the growing need for digital tools that simplify processes, making offers and requests available just a “few clicks” away for users.

Why Logitrans 2025 matters for users and the market

The fair is not only a place for networking – it also reflects the direction in which the logistics industry is moving: greater digitalization, stronger collaboration between geographically linked regions (Europe–Asia–Türkiye), and the need for platforms that connect verified carriers and freight forwarders.
The data published by the organizer – over 230 exhibitors and more than 16,000 visitors from 66 countries – clearly shows the growing importance of Türkiye as a logistics hub and the intensifying international exchange.

What we gained by attending Logitrans 2025

Attendance at this year’s edition of Logitrans brought us several important benefits.
First, we had the opportunity to speak directly with companies that shape transport flows between Europe, Türkiye, and Asia — giving us a deeper understanding of their real operational challenges. One key fact was confirmed: although the market is growing, many companies still rely on fragmented processes, insufficiently verified partners, and too much manual work in their daily communication.

Based on what we saw and the insights gathered through conversations with HUBBIG users, we will focus on:

  • expanding our network of verified carriers and freight forwarders — including companies from Asia and Türkiye,
  • enhancing the application to enable even faster and more seamless communication,
  • highlighting the benefits of digital transformation in logistics: less manual work, more automation, better visibility, and stronger trust in business.

Conclusion

Logitrans 2025 confirmed that the logistics sector is entering a period of strong digital transformation. Faster information flow, safer partner selection, and reduced manual communication are becoming the standard — not an added value.
The message we heard most often was simple:

A large number of companies from Europe, Türkiye, and Asia share the same challenges — lack of capacity, lack of trust, and lack of time. This is precisely why digital platforms that connect verified partners and automate communication are becoming essential tools in daily operations.
