HUBBIG was born from a specific need in shipping. We started out as a freight forwarding company and through our daily operations we saw numerous challenges that slow down and make work in the industry difficult. Over the years, we have developed an application that significantly simplified the work of our employees and increased efficiency. Now, after two years of use, we decided to share this knowledge and tool with the shipping community.

In this blog, we bring you the experience of our colleague Andrija, who has been with us since his student days. He is one of the first users of the HUBBIG app and shared how it helped him perform everyday tasks more simply and quickly.

Since you just came out of college, was it difficult for you to find adequate transporters?

“In the beginning, when I didn’t have the HUBBIG app, searching for a carrier was quite slow. It took me up to 15 minutes per query, and I used to have up to 20 queries a day. It was tiring and took up a lot of my time that could have been put to better use.”

How much time did you save after you started using the app?

“When I started using HUBBIG, sending inquiries took just one minute. Compared to my previous way of working, I saved several hours each week. This allowed me to focus on other tasks.”

Did you have the feeling that HUBBIG gives you an advantage over other forwarders?

“Yes, because I could communicate faster and more easily with verified carriers. Another big advantage is that the inquiries are private – they are sent directly to the carriers without being seen by competitors. That was important because everything else was professional and organized.”

How was it for you to get used to the HUBBIG app?

“It was very easy. The app is intuitive and it didn’t take me long to master it. In just a few days I was already able to use all its functions and that meant a lot to me.”

How do you think HUBBIG can help others?

“For freight forwarders, the most important thing is that it saves time and gives access to proven carriers. It also allows for the expansion of the partner network. On the other hand, it is beneficial for carriers because they receive clear and specific inquiries that match their criteria.”


The experience of our colleague Andrije shows how one simple change can make a big difference in everyday work. HUBBIG was born out of a real need, in order to solve the problems that freight forwarders face every day.
