HUBBIG doo operates a web platform for online freight booking available at https:\/\/hubbig.com\/ and https:\/\/app.hubbig.com\/.<\/p>\n

1. Description of services<\/strong><\/p>\n

The HUBBIG platform, available at https:\/\/app.hubbig.com\/, allows users to submit freight inquiries through our web application and browse logistics provider options in our verified carrier database. Users select their desired carrier directly from the platform and freely decide which of the offered service providers they want to hire for their shipment.<\/p>\n

It is important to note that HUBBIG does not transport shipments or provide logistics services. Our task is to mediate through a platform that provides users with easy access to available carriers, and all transport contracts are concluded exclusively between the user and the selected carrier. HUBBIG is not responsible for fulfilling the obligations of selected logisticians nor can it offer compensation in the event of difficulties with delivery or quality of service.<\/p>\n

2. Liability and additional costs<\/strong><\/p>\n

All costs incurred during or after the provision of logistics services are borne solely by the client who is the contracting party for the transport of goods. This includes all additional costs resulting from the client’s special requests addressed to the selected logistician, as well as any costs incurred due to customs or other official procedures. HUBBIG reserves the right to request compensation from the client for all such additional costs, regardless of when they were incurred, if they were the result of specific client requests.<\/p>\n

3. Safety and quality of logistics partners<\/strong><\/p>\n

HUBBIG takes care of the quality of its services and carefully selects its transportation partners. Each of the carriers in our database has passed a verification of validity and professionalism and has their own vehicles for transporting cargo, which ensures the reliability and safety of the services we offer through the platform. HUBBIG cooperates exclusively with logisticians who provide transportation services themselves and do not act as intermediaries, thus guaranteeing transparency and reducing risks for our users.<\/p>\n

4. Selection of service providers by users<\/strong><\/p>\n

Users have full control over their choice of logistics partner and are responsible for selecting a carrier based on their own needs and preferences. HUBBIG allows you to review information about each service provider, and the final selection and conclusion of the contract for transportation remain solely the responsibility of the user.<\/p>\n

5. Consent and verification<\/b><\/p>\n

All carriers listed in the HUBBIG platform database have either been directly contacted by HUBBIG d.o.o. or have voluntarily submitted a registration form to join the platform. Before being included in our system, each carrier undergoes a basic verification process to confirm the validity of their business operations and their willingness to cooperate. Inclusion in the database is based on the carrier\u2019s voluntary consent, whereby they agree to receive transport inquiries from our platform users \u2013 freight forwarders and other legal entities \u2013 via the HUBBIG application. HUBBIG acts as an intermediary in this communication, providing a neutral and efficient digital channel for users to connect with verified carriers.
